Cleaning and sorting process:
Threshed chia enters our processing line in a continuous circuit, where it undergoes various stages of cleaning, sorting, and quality control to ensure a high-quality product.
1. Initial cleaning
In this stage, all large and small impurities present in the chia—such as stalks, straw, stones, foreign seeds, and other materials extraneous to the product—are removed.
2. Cleaning and conditioning
The conditioned chia proceeds along the continuous processing line, where remaining impurities are removed, yielding a completely clean product.
3. Classification and control
Subsequently, the product moves to the size-sorting area, where it is selected.
The select or high-quality grain enters the metal detection area in a continuous flow, ensuring product safety.
4. Final product
As a result, chia with a purity level of up to 99.99% is obtained, meeting international market standards and requirements.
